1960 Ford Taunus de Luxe 17m, 4 cylinder, 3 on the tree, 79,726 miles in Waynesboro (party time, excellent!), Pennsylvania. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

But, I would make some upgrades to it...

Starting here, that old lump would be removed and replaced with a Boss 302 from Ford Racing, backing that up would be a TR-6060 and a 9 inch rear. The cooling and fuel systems would all be replaced (Holley EFI and aluminum radiator), and the wiring stripped out and set up for a 12 Volt system.

The interior would be redone in the same color scheme but with Recaros out of a new Mustang instead of the front bench.

Any undercarriage rust would be fixed and would be properly undercoated/powder-coated/rust proofed. The rear leafs might be swappable for Mustang Boss 302 springs.

Finally, I would just preserve the exterior exactly as is but maybe clear coat it to save it for more years.

Two years too early to have the V4, which would be worth keeping just for the freak factor. As is, regardless of swaps or changes, this thing is ideal to troll Fairlane meets with, since it looks like a professional '56 impersonator.
